By placing an order with us, you accept the following terms and conditions regarding shipping and delivery.
All orders are shipped within 2 - 3 working days of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. A email will be sent with your tracking details once an order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24hrs in some instances for the courier to register your parcel into their system and for tracking information to be updated.
Please note: Selection of an Express delivery service at checkout does not put your order at the front of the que for dispatch and the handling time of 2-3 working days will still apply.

All items sent via Australia Post are insured for the full value of your order. If your item is lost or broken in transit the item will be covered. You will be provided with a replacement or refund if the item is no longer in stock.
AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
Due to ongoing Covid 19 delays with many of our delivery partners we are not able to guarantee delivery time frames and will not be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by third party delivery services.
Parts 4 Euro will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days of order placement, however any delays on the service promised by a delivery partner should be directly addressed with them. The following delivery window is an estimate only, for up to date service delays please visit the Australia Post website for more accurate delivery times.
Australia Post - Standard 2 - 10 Business Days - however COVID delays may occur.
Australia Post - Express 1 - 3 Business Days - however COVID delays may occur.
Courier Service - 2 - 10 Business Days - however COVID delays may occur.
REJECTED & RETURNED TO SENDER DELIVERIES
Any orders which are rejected at the time of delivery or are returned to sender using the same service which we have engaged to deliver your order will be considered a breach of our terms and conditions.
We will where applicable be requesting payment from you for any expenses incurred by us for the return of your order by the original courier service.
Your rejected and or returned order will be considered as a change of mind and will not be refunded.
To obtain your order once it has reached us you will be required to pay the redelivery fee as well as our incurred expenses within 14 days of its arrival at our facility. Once payment has been received the item will be sent back to you.
Any orders which remain in our possession after the 14 days will be discarded.
Items which qualify for international delivery will be sent via Australia Post. Due to ongoing COVID19 delays we are not able to guarantee delivery time frames and will not be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by third party delivery services.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and do not include local taxes and import/custom duties for international orders. Any importing duties or taxes due at the time of delivery are solely the responsibility of the recipient. If an order is refused by a customer due to customs fees or additional taxes/ fees we will not be responsible for refunding or handling of an abandoned order. If you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to your purchase we suggest contacting your local customs office before placing your order.
